Objective: This article explores how the Norwegian care regime impacts Polish migrant fathers' caring practices. Background: The present study illustrates importance of context sensitive research when describing consequences migration from migratory-source countries in Eastern Europe. When a father’s labor takes place an institutional with which includes earmarked parental leave rights for fathers, it can result father having more time his children. Method: To gain insight into experiences, in-depth interviews were carried out fathers young majority informants live Norway their children and partners.
